The best western hotel is a great place to hold lots of gatherings, parties, Proms or weddings. The staff here are lovely and the hotel its self is very clean and beautiful. Great place to stay for a weekend as well. The meals here are also hold a very good standard.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! The exterior of this hotel is dated and tired however it in no way detracted from our pleasant overnight stay. Reception staff very friendly, breakfast staff very friendly and all smartly presented. Our room was huge. Huge bed, large corner desk, dressing table unit, table and two chairs and still ample room. The internal decor is quite dated also and the bathroom could do with being upgraded but everything worked, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast very nice and plentiful. Ambience very friendly and relaxing while at the same time very professional. No air con in the bedrooms. Just a desk fan. There was no airflow and it was a warm day but fortunately the windows opened so doing that and turning on the fan helped. It would cost a significant amount of money to upgrade the hotel but it is within easy walk of Tiverton centre and only a short distance from the M5, and think it would be a worthwhile investment. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are small and expensive for the facilities offered. Our room had scaffolding outside and the builders started at 7.00 a.m. which spoilt our stay. Menus are good but would not go back.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and great location. It is a shame the shower next door causes the pipes to vibrate with a horrendously loud noise that we woke up startled. Great place when rhe plumbung is fixed.

A quite place with parking rooms could do with a bit of a paint as few marks on walls very clean comfortable beds needs to change name on booking sites as not the Twyford any more

Excellent food in a great setting. Always a pleasure. Staff attentive and friendly. Could do with fewer slates and more plates though!

Sat on the pavement in the sunshine eating a superb set lunch served in a way that enhanced the whole experience. Brilliant.

Nice enough. Room is basic. 4 poster bed looks lovely when you first walk in but is squeaky as hell. Shower is so loud you need earplugs when its on. Furniture dated. Old conservatory sofa which was strange. Best bit was a nice breakfast and friendly owner. Needs a revamp.

Absolutely the most wonderful place I have ever stayed. The whole B&B is rustic and beautiful, the massage therapy is to die for, the food (especially their home made jam!) is exquisite and lastly, Sue and Chris are wonderful hosts who cater to your needs perfectly. They are absolutely lovely people and deserve all the praise in the world. Would definitely stay here again!!

We picked this hotel based on the reviews that we had read and was not disappointed. It lived up to all the good comments made by other guests We received a warm and friendly welcome from our hostess, Juliana. The room was large and comfortable. The facilites exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation booking there again and recommended it to our friends.

Wow what a find a short notice. Richard and Lang could not do enough for me I was so please to arrive after a long drive 4hrs. right in the center of town lovely clean bright place and a breakfast that would shame many a B&B. thank you for being so kind and generous. I will hold on to contact details for my next visit. All the best for the future.
